How to know if your Dior Bag is real

Answer: Look at the label inside the bag — it’ll easily tell if your Dior bag is real. Fakes have the wrong thickness for their text and stitching.

1. Label interior

• Asli:
  • Same amount of space between each character.
  • Thicker “MADE IN ITLY” print.
• Palsu:
  • Too much space between the letters in “Dior”.
  • “MADE IN ITALY” is too thin.

2. Outer logo

You’ll find this engraving on models like the Dior Book Tote.

• Asli: Thicker letters. Also placed closer to each other.
• Palsu: “PARIS” is too thin — and there’s too much space between the letters.

3. Handler

• Asli: Thick and short threads.
• Palsu: Thinner and longer stitches.

Note how the fake threads are not dense enough. The real ones are more consistent.

  1. Thicker, shorter threads.
  2. The threads are bigger.
• Palsu:
  1. Thinner and longer stitches.
  2. Smaller stitches compared to the authentic.

5. Oblique pattern

• Asli: The dot in “i” is closer to the vertical leg.
• Palsu: Too much space between the dot and the letter “i”.

6. Carbines

• Asli: Thicker letters. They’re fit deeper into the metal.
• Palsu: Letters are too thin — especially the dot in “i”.

7. Interior

• Asli: Stitching is thicker compared to the replica.
• Palsu: Thinner stitches.

8. Shape
