I bought a pair of concord 11s and when I did a real v fake comparison, they looked legit to my eye. Still, I went to check check since thats what all the yt ppl said to use, and they came back fake there. When they came back fake, they said no reason. When I went to you guys, you gave reasons why they were authentic similar to my own. Check check is decent but this is good for the final verdict.

Very helpful, but too expensive

I am new to this app and I had questions, which I got the answers to on Messenger. Or I would have to go to my camera roll to check to see if I had existing pictures of my item. After both of these times, I exited out of the app while I was checking out, all of my information would clear, and nothing saved except for my address. When I went to add the service to my bag again, the cart said there were 0 items, but the checkout page showed double of the service (I just want one). I don’t think there’s a way to adjust the quantity so I had to delete everything in the cart and add it again. In addition, it was difficult to copy and paste my notes about the item (it wouldn’t let me tap on the box to type and would scroll back to the top of the checkout page). I was very frustrated and wanted to give up, but I have heard good reviews and want to give the benefit of the doubt to this app. The process of checking out on here needs big improvement.

i used this app for the first time a couple days ago and i was left extremely impressed and satisfied. i needed to get shoes verified and i got my results in less than their expected 48 hour timeframe. the the results came with a detailed explanation of why they found my shoes to be authentic.
the app is fairly easy to navigate and understand. it’s all laid out by category and they authenticate more than just shoes! clothes, bags, belts, watches… and i know most people might’ve heard of legit check for authenticating jordans but they also authenticate a wide, ever growing variety of shoe brands.
the only thing that may cause some difficulty is buying the actual authentication service, if you leave that area you have to add something else to your cart and then remove it (ex. if you add an air jordan authentication service and leave the checkout area, the bag shows 0 items. if you add the jordan air authentication service again, the checkout area will show 2 items and you have to remove both of them and go back and add 1. you can avoid this by adding another completely different service like a gucci bag authentication and then removing that to leave the service you originally wanted to buy)
i definitely recommend this app to new entrees into the sneaker game like myself. it offers such a great description of why your shoes are or are not authentic and eventually it’ll increase your own skills in telling real shoes from fake ones. this app is able to provide anyone with a level of extra security knowing that their luxury items are in fact authentic. and in the event that they are not, the support from this app is immense. they’ll do everything from their end to make you whole. their whole team is extremely nice and clearly knowledgeable in what they do.

I submitted a request to verify if a pair of Obsidians were real. I’m 50/50 with StockX so I figured I’d get advice from here.
I came upon LegitCheck by simply googling how to tell if your Obsidians are real. I clicked on their link and tried to verify for myself but for some reason I had a very difficult time to verify it myself.

I submitted the request on Sunday and got an answer within a few hours. And I was shocked bc i thought it would take 48 hrs or so but this gave me RELIEF. I spent a lot on these shoes. Even though I kind of had a feeling they were real, it definitely gave me peace of mind hearing it from experts haha.

I’d highly recommend this app! Especially if you’re not so sure about StockX, Goat, etc.

Just got a legit check for OW 5 and results arrived in a couple of hours. Went relatively in depth with their reasonings on why my pair was legit and also gave their POV on the QC issues my pair had and was sure that mine were authentic. Wish the authentication price was a bit cheaper but they did a good job.

This app is great, instead of deciding to pay for a authentication (you still can) they even give you amazing in depth descriptions and tips on spotting fakes. Within 5 minutes of learning bout the difference between fake and real Jordan’s i already feel like a snkr head. One note is that the photo uploader can have trouble loading too many at once, I find it easier to load a few pics at a time.

The communication between customer and authenticaters is great and they take their time to make sure each item is properly authenticated or not. Great app and I highly recommend it for peace of mind if you have any questions on the legitimacy of an item and an awesome tool to use to help avoid purchasing replicas!

I recently purchased a pair of the Travis Scott Jordan 1 (high) and wanted to get it authenticated. The process of uploading pics was super easy, and they got back to me in less than 24 hours which was super fast service! They didn’t just say “yeah they’re authentic” but they actually provided details as to why they believe they’re authentic. Any doubts I had about any of my sneaker purchases made online are now gone.

A brilliant idea for an app. It has been very useful to me. It had more sneakers, bags, clothing etc than I thought it would. You can also pay them to authenticate something for 20$.

Good app. Please notice that as of now, opening images you used to show examples will show the Pic zoommed in the top left, at least for me. And also, the buttons in the bottom part don’t work, and you can’t go back, unless you open a photo, then they work. The same applies to the phone “back” button which works everytime except when you open a foto. Edit : the back button thing was fixed. When opening photos, they zoom in the upper left corner. Peace
